Something broken, or something you cannot work out? Start here.
Email is the way. It reaches one person — me — and nothing you send is published anywhere.
Put JustSki in the subject line if you can, so it does not get lost among everything else.
A bug is much easier to fix with these four things:
A screenshot or a screen recording is worth a great deal. Hold the side button and volume up together for a screenshot; screen recording is in Settings → Control Centre.
Both devices need to be running JustSki, both need to be on the same Wi-Fi network or have Bluetooth on, and both need to have allowed the local network prompt. If you said No to that prompt, iOS will not ask again — turn it back on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → JustSki. Some public and workplace Wi-Fi networks block devices from seeing each other, in which case nothing will help except a different network or Bluetooth.
Pressing JUMP on its own is not enough. Push your left thumb upward as you press it — how far up you push is how high you go. Speed matters as much as height, so carry pace into the lip rather than braking before it, and BOOST if it is lit.
No. You pay once for the app and that is the whole of it — there are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Everything in the ski shop is bought with gold, and gold is only ever earned by playing.
Gold is stored on the device and nowhere else, so it does not follow you to another iPhone or iPad, and deleting the app deletes it. Gold you collect on a run is banked as you collect it — you keep it even if you never reach the bottom.
The stick and buttons scale with the screen, so an iPad gets larger controls than an iPhone. If they still feel wrong for how you hold the device, write in and describe the grip — that is the sort of thing that is easy to change and hard to guess.
That is deliberate. The game is landscape only, on both iPhone and iPad.
Delete the app and install it again. That clears the gold, the best times and everything bought in the shop. There is no way to reset only part of it.
JustSki is made by one person outside working hours. Expect a few days rather than a few hours. Crashes and anything that loses progress get looked at first.
